Surf's Up!!

Since he was really too little last year to enjoy it, Jason and I couldn't wait to take Jackson to the beach this summer to show him the ocean and let him play in the sand. Well, we discovered that we have quite a little beach bum on our hands! He LOVED it!! He would belly flop into a big pile of soft sand and roll around in it or "waller in it" as my dad would say. :) Jason dug a couple of big holes in the sand, and Jackson would crawl into one from the other squealing the whole time! He loved to chase the Seagulls too, but his favorite game was to stand close to the ocean and wait for the water to wash up and almost touch his feet. Then he would turn and run--like he was playing tag with the water! It was sooo funny! He laughed and laughed! Here are a few pictures from this summer so far....
